Anne has been a tremendous resource on fair value. Her experience and willingness to research details have been invaluable. She’s been up front about what she knows and doesn’t know, willing to get information needed and willing to admit error when missing something. She always checked in before spending time to research beyond our planned scope. Anne was willing to step in as needed and step out when not. That became quite a juggling act for her as the general contractor proved to fall short over and over again.
