With proper planning and oversight, NestEgg Advisors can make your project a success. Not everyone has the time, experience or desire to manage a home renovation, or construction remodeling project, but we do! We will meet with you and discuss the specific project goals. We can be involved from the first thoughts of renovation to the completion of the project or anywhere in between.
We develop the scope of work, generate the project budget, time line schedule, interview design professionals, consultants and contractors and complete site visits all the way to completion. NestEgg works closely with all parties involved to ensure that the client’s goals are met.

We will sit down with you and determine the extent of your project. The end result will be a document included in the request for proposal provided to contractors.
After we establish the scope of work, NestEgg Advisors will work with you to find and contract with the right professionals to meet your needs. During this process we will review the contract terms, and identify any suggested changes to help minimize your risk
Not sure how long it will take? That tile you like may be a special order and could delay the project by 4 weeks. We can develop a realistic schedule and expectations for both the design and the construction of a project. We will help keep you focused on the important decisions, and save you time by taking the burden of constant follow ups with the team off your hands. We will communicate with all parties and keep you informed through each step.
