Project Management – Bidding

The Bidding process will entail the following:
1. Request for Bid
2. Level Bids
3. Negotiate

1. Bidding from Contractors
Once we have determined the scope of work, we will solicit fee proposals from contractors suited to complete your work. During this process we will respond to any questions they may have and clarify scope as needed.

2. Reviewing Bids
Once we have received the fee proposals we will review the proposal for completeness. We will review each proposal and if necessary request modifications from contractors to validate all items are similar in each bid. During this process we will discuss standard inclusions and exclusions a contractor may have noted.

3. Negotiating
After evaluating the proposals we will make a recommendation for a contractor and if requested, negotiate the terms of the contract on your behalf.
