NestEgg Advisors was the Project Manager for this renovation project which included input and recommendations on design, layout, and construction oversight and completion in 6 months. The interior layout was modified from the previous existing plans; the first level was gutted and walls were removed to create an open floor plan. The open floor plan was re-imagined on the main level; an existing window was transitioned into new French doors to add access to the exterior. The kitchen was situated to connect to the adjoining open dining and living areas. A brand new deck was added and built off the dining area, opening up the entire space. The footprint was further optimized by adding a full size bath to the upper level and adding 2 closets. The basement level space was reoriented and expanded; the mechanical HVAC was relocated and an additional 400 sq. ft. of finished livable space was added with the option of having a 5th bedroom.
