Anne has been a tremendous resource on fair value. Her experience and willingness to research details have been invaluable. She’s been up front about what she knows and doesn’t know, willing to get information needed and willing to admit error when missing something. She always checked in before spending time to research beyond our planned scope. Anne was willing to step in as needed and step out when not. That became quite a juggling act for her as the general contractor proved to fall short over and over again. She kept me on track and went to great effort to search for things, provide suggestions for materials and offered me aesthetic advice while respecting my decisions.

From Anne’s broad skills, expertise and experiences, she made it possible for me to navigate the architectural design step, planning three outdoor additions: a screened-in porch with expanded deck; a front porch covered to a small car port enabling me to go from car to house protected; and adding a foyer. These required contract reviews and open lines of communication. Time and again, when I found myself overwhelmed, I could count on Anne to guide me through the necessary questions and possible solutions through logical examination and exploration. She saved me time, stress and offered a level of confidence that “we could do this” , something many surprises left me unsure of.

We had such a great experience working with NestEgg on our custom built-in wall cabinetry project. Anne went above and beyond to ensure that my design and vision were delivered and was involved every step of the way. Anne provided the extra level of attention to detail and technical knowledge to translate my ideas to the contractor. We could not have done this project without Anne.
